It is an internet-based ordering system that allows you to order flowers straight from the farm to a destination of your choice. This gives you the advantage of ordering the freshest stock at the most reasonable prices!
Who is behind islandrose.net?
If you have ever bought roses from a top quality florist in the Philippines, chances are you’ve come across us! Island Rose is the trademark brand of Philippine Cut Flower Corporation - the leading provider of fresh roses to retail florists for over 20 years.

How do I place an order?
This is the best part! You can order as long as you have a Mastercard, Visa, Paypal credit cards. No extra forms, registration or unnecessary requirements! Just choose the product of your choice by clicking Buy now, then enter the delivery details, your greeting card message, credit card details and you are on your way!
How will I know if you have received my online order?
You will receive a virtual receipt as soon as you finish ordering. After this, we will send you an email confirmation including all of the information you have submitted in your order (please make sure you provide us with a valid email address). If you do not receive an email within an hour of placing your order, please notify us through firstname.lastname@example.org.
How will I be billed?
You are charged when your credit card is verified and as soon as we confirm your sale at the end of your transaction. Credit card companies usually bill you by the local currency equivalent of the purchase price at the time of order (unless otherwise specified by your credit card company) so you are safe from fluctuations. The charge will arrive along with your regular credit card bill.
May I change my order delivery details (delivery date / greeting message / delivery address) or cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Of course! If for any reason you wish to change order details, please give us a 24 - hour advance notice to implement delivery changes or cancellation. During floral holidays, kindly send your cancellation notice at least two (2) working days prior to the delivery date. Kindly contact us or send us an email through email@example.com on Mondays to Fridays, 7:00am to 5:00pm (Philippine Time).
Can I ship flowers to more than one address when placing my order online?
We would be happy to ship flowers to more than one address. However, you have to enter a separate order for each address you want to deliver to. For more convenient ordering, we would recommend creating an account with us so that you don’t have to input your delivery details each time you visit us.

Isn’t it more expensive if you charge me in dollars?
If you convert our dollar prices to its peso equivalent, you will find that we charge the fairest price for the service that we offer. Try it, we’re sure you’ll be pleasantly surprised!
How do I change the quantity of my order?
To change or add the quantity of an item, go the Shopping Basket page. Input the new quantity in the Quantity box and click Update to register the changes.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers to nearly every corner of the Philippines. Please click here to check if the recipient’s address is included in our deliverable zones.
Kindly note that all orders for delivery to hospitals, schools, dormitories, apartments and funeral homes, must have the recipient’s complete name, complete address (room number or department included) in the order form. Hospitals do not allow flower deliveries to Intensive Care Units.

What are your delivery schedules?
Island Rose delivers nationwide from Mondays to Saturdays. Same-day delivery is available in the Metro Manila area except Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela (CAMANAVA) from Monday to Friday for orders placed before 8:00AM (Philippine Time). For other provinces, we offer next-day flower delivery for orders placed before 4:00PM (Philippine Time).
Regular delivery starts at around 11:00AM and ends at 5:00PM. This sometimes may extend to 7:00PM onwards depending on the number of deliveries for the day. Same day delivery starts at 3:00PM onwards.
We do not have deliveries on Sundays but you can always schedule the delivery date a day ahead which is a Saturday. We cannot accommodate time-specific deliveries as our courier uses the most optimal route to assure that all deliveries are fulfilled within the day.
We take every precaution to make sure that your flowers and gifts arrive at their destination on the date specified. However, there are some delivery areas that take 2 - 3 days of transit time especially during peak seasons. To avoid delays, kindly place your order 2 - 3 days prior to your desired delivery date.
PLEASE NOTE that these regular schedules are not applicable during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the Christmas Season National Holidays. Applicable schedules will be announced prior to these dates.
What if the recipient is not home at the time of the delivery?
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person will have the order received by a person that claims affinity to the recipient and is present at the exact address.
And if no one is present at the address or if the house/office is closed, our courier will redeliver the package the next business day.
Is there any proof of delivery?
A proof of delivery slip will be signed by the recipient to confirm the completion of the service. You may inquire about who received the order through firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if the flowers arrived late or got spoiled?
We take every precaution to preserve your flowers so it should get to its destination farm fresh. However, if for any reason the flowers do not arrive in good condition or does not arrive at all, we will be happy to replace the bouquet of flowers as long as it is in accordance to our purchase agreement. Please see our delivery information for complete terms of delivery.
How will I know the if the flowers have been delivered?
We keep in touch with you every step of the way. If you feel the need to contact us, don’t hesitate to email us at email@example.com and we will inform you of the status of your order immediately.
Are there days or date restrictions on flower deliveries?
Yes, there are. We do not deliver on Sundays. Also, we observe holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and our National Holidays wherein we do not deliver flowers.
During Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas Day, we expect a very high volume order so we would appreciate it very much if you place your orders at least three (3) working days ahead of these special days. Special holidays are usually announced in the front page of our website so you’ll never miss it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the Philippines. If you need to send flowers internationally, please visit our affiliate www.proflowers.com for international deliveries.

Philippine Cut Flower Corporation, owner and operator of www.islandrose.net, is the Philippines' largest rose grower. All the flowers that you see in our website are grown in our own farm and packaged in our flower arrangement facilities. Click here to read more about us.

All our roses are grown indoors in specialized greenhouses with modern rose growing facilities. This ensures that all products have a long vase life and excellent quality. More importantly, we combine our products with industry leading customer service.
How are the flowers packaged?
The flowers are packed the Island Rose way. The roses are arranged evenly and are nicely wrapped in special, colourful non-woven wrapper. They are tied together with a matching elegant ribbon.
Wreaths are arranged in high quality floral foam with plastic backing to ensure that the flowers will have a high quality finish as well as ample water supply throughout its display life.
All flowers are delivered in stylish shipping boxes during bud stage so that you can enjoy watching them bloom. They will be accompanied by an Island Rose card with the greeting of your choice. We also include a Rose Care Tip bookmark to help you make the roses stay fresh longer.

How come your prices fluctuate?
Our seasonal pricing scheme guarantees that you get the fairest prices throughout the year. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas Day, for example, require us to have additional manpower and overhead costs to meet the huge demand. Thus, we have to adjust our prices accordingly. Lean months, on the other hand, have less overhead costs therefore, reducing our prices proportionately.
What are the benefits of having an account?
An account with Islandrose will make your shopping easier! The billing and shipping addresses you have inputted once will be readily available on your next order. You can store other shipping addreses and use it anytime you need it. What's more, you can enjoy our perks and special promos!
How do I open an account?
I have a Peso and a Dollar account. Can I combine the points?
Peso and Dollar accounts are independent from one another. Points earned in Peso account will not reflect your Dollar account and vice versa.
You can convert and transfer points from Peso account to Dollar or vice versa. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request for this option.
Do I get discounts if I am a regular customer?
If you frequent our site or become a registered member, you will regularly receive special promotional discounts and privileges. So, the more you shop, the cheaper it gets!
Is it safe to purchase with my credit card online?
Absolutely! We never send personal information, such as your credit card numbers, over the internet in a way that is readable to anyone but us. Our ordering system is outsourced from the best technology available in the USA and is used by some of the best e-commerce sites in the world. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, a customer service representative) are granted access to personal identifiable information.
